Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Lead
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales operations function, driving performance and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evaluating training needs. If you have experience in managing outbound telesales operations, handling large teams, and possess strong leadership and motivational capabilities, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Team Leaders:
- Spearhead the performance of team leaders, senior team leaders, and assistant managers to ensure consistent sales target achievement.
- Drive Performance and Process Improvement:
- Lead performance and process improvement initiatives across the telesales function.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless telesales execution.
- Training Needs Evaluation:
- Evaluate training needs and provide ongoing coaching and refreshers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree with a minimum of 46 years of experience in the Indian financial sector.
- Proven track record of managing outbound telesales operations.
- Experience in handling teams of 200+ members.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and motivational capabilities.
