Solar Energy Sales Role
Refining Skills Academy is seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive - Solar to join our team. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the solar energy sector.
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in field sales, specifically in the solar industry.
- You will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and conducting sales presentations to promote our solar solutions.
- Frequent travel for client meetings and site visits is required.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the solar energy sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solar solutions to potential customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solar solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of 30,000 to 55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
