Job Overview
Arcserve is seeking an experienced Renewal Sales Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the renewal of contracts prior to expiration and delivering a positive experience to our customers.
About the Role
- Meet quarterly and annual targets by generating renewal quotes, validating, auditing, and managing all aspects of Arcserve maintenance and subscription renewal.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-day basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Leverage partner and customer success principles when working with at-risk partners and customers.
- Monitor customer usage data and translate it into strategies for success with reseller partners and internal sales teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including renewals, inside sales, account management, and customer support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with field organizations and business partners.
- Highly skilled at multi-tasking, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.
- Experience in managing complex customer situations and navigating large organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. US Timezone flexibility is required (6:30 pm IST - 3:30 am IST).
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
