Job Opportunity: Visionary Leader for Ambitious AI Governance Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to manage and execute our ambitious portfolio of AI governance initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership position working directly with our Founder, executive team, event partners, and sponsors globally.

  • Prioritize and implement strategic initiatives based on impact, ROI, and value.
  • Develop and maintain a phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m) aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, and international organizations to drive collective impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiative Management
  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and impact.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Skill Requirements
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
