Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requirements and queries, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  • Understand client objectives and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Assist in drafting high-quality communication materials, including briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to inform client deliverables and drive business growth.
  • Support thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver quality outputs on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects, conducting basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking as needed.
  • Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Spot small opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to preparing pitches and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings, ensuring accuracy, structure, and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent writing and presentation abilities.
  • Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
