Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide support to our team at Rockwell Automation. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholders' calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing T&E claims.
Key Competencies
- Manage stakeholders' calendars to ensure meetings are in place
- Coordinate and assist in travel arrangements
- Process T&E claims via Concur
- Maintain and update department movement charts
- Monitor and track department yearly compulsory trainings
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
- Provide logistics support for visitors and quarterly All Employee Meeting
- Assist managers with new hire readiness and exit checklist
- Assist with departmental logistics and supplies management
- Contribute ideas and collaborate within and across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
