We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide support to our team at Rockwell Automation. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholders' calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing T&E claims.

Key Competencies

  • Manage stakeholders' calendars to ensure meetings are in place
  • Coordinate and assist in travel arrangements
  • Process T&E claims via Concur
  • Maintain and update department movement charts
  • Monitor and track department yearly compulsory trainings
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Provide logistics support for visitors and quarterly All Employee Meeting
  • Assist managers with new hire readiness and exit checklist
  • Assist with departmental logistics and supplies management
  • Contribute ideas and collaborate within and across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
