We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software solutions through a combination of testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality, conduct performance, load, and stress tests, and identify defects.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to provide feedback, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, set up test environments, and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics, provide regular updates on test results and defect trends, and promote best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant testing experience, including hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
