About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented software quality assurance lead to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and ensure the highest standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all aspects of quality assurance, including test planning, automation framework building, and defect tracking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
