Job Opportunity:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAD CAM Programmer and Operations professional located in Taloja. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC machines, and overseeing milling and machining operations. This person will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure precision and efficiency in production processes.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Technical Drawing, experience with Milling and Machining operations, advanced skills in CNC Programming and general Programming, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and precision in work, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications or degrees in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields are an asset.

We are setting up a Greenfield project to manufacture Advance Composites, Honeycomb Structures etc at MIDC Taloja in Navi Mumbai. The plant is well equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including CNC Multi Axis Routers, Milling and Machining, Automatic CNC lathes, Multi Axis Robots etc. Our focus is to be leaders in Aerospace, Defence, Mass Transportation, Architectural applications Globally.

This role is a critical component of our operations and requires someone with expertise in CAD CAM programming and operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our production processes are efficient, effective, and meet the highest standards of quality.
