Qualification: ITI or Diploma, B. E or B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Job

Working Time: Day Shift (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support in Estimation for Customer RFQ's.
  • Tool path generation using UG Nx / Master CAM / Hyper mill software.
  • Selection of right cutting tools and Cutting parameters.
  • Create Setup sheet and Program sheet and Maintain its Latest revision level.
  • Manage revision level of all Engineering documents.
  • FA Prove-out on machine.
  • Adhering quality management system and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have min 5 years' experience in CAM Programming.
  • GD&T knowledge is must.
  • Drawing interpretation skills.
  • Experience in Turning and Milling (upto 3 axis strategy is must).
  • Experience in Machining of Aluminium and its alloys, Stainless steel and its alloys, Low alloy steel, Inconel and Titanium etc.
  • Experience in VMC, Turning canter and VTL.
  • Experience in AS9100 Rev D documentation.
  • Knowledge on Siemens/Fanuc/ Heiden hain controller.
