Business Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Client Delivery Services group. As the ideal candidate, you will contribute to capturing client requirements, analyzing them, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training customers on business solutions.

The successful candidate will possess a logical and analytical mind, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate in a precise manner. You will be a quick learner, with high energy to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing organization.

This role involves collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results through strategic thinking, innovative design, and robust engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing client data for data loading, verifying and testing application functionality with client data.
  • Capturing and understanding client requirements, analyzing and mapping to product solutions.
  • Documenting requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Communicating with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries.
  • Managing client calls on issues and inquiries and navigating to closure.
  • Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving to completion.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
