Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Cloud Planning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our enterprise solutions group, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based planning solutions.

  • Lead the development of strategic plans that align with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and map processes to optimize their planning operations.
  • Design and configure cloud-based planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
