We are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in IFS Ultimo, a leading Enterprise Asset Management solution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ultimo's modules, configuration, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure IFS Ultimo modules to optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate Ultimo with other enterprise systems to enhance data exchange and automation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects to ensure seamless transitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.
  • Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
