Job Title: Enterprise Integration Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure, specifically in the areas of messaging and file transfer technologies.

The successful candidate will have experience with Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, IBM Connect Direct, Unix/Linux, and business process creation and maintenance. They should also be skilled in certificate renewals, disaster recovery, and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, and Pesit.

The role requires effective management of messaging and file transfer technologies, including MTS services, project management, cost control, and budget optimization. The candidate should have good knowledge of automation, incident, change, request, and release management, as well as vulnerability management, asset, license, and capacity management.

The successful candidate will work independently, propose ideas, and work globally. They should be comfortable working in a highly challenging and stressful environment and have good knowledge of infrastructure management and its best practices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT infrastructure related field
  • Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG)
  • Experience in Sterling Integrator
  • Experience in IBM Connect Express
  • Experience in IBM Connect Direct
  • Experience in Unix/Linux
  • Experience in Business process creation and maintenance
  • Skills in certificate renewals
  • Participation in Disaster Recovery for applications
  • Skills in protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit(good to have)

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage services on Messaging and file transfer technologies
  • Effective management of MTS services to end users and application teams
  • Manage a highly skilled team (multi-skilled), onboard skilled resources for user support
  • Manage projects, cost control, budgets, and ensure optimization
  • Good understanding of automation and its best practices
  • Capable of handling critical escalations and ensuring resolution
  • Skilled to work independently, propose ideas, and work globally
  • Comfortable working in highly challenging and stressful environments
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure management and its best practices
  • Good Knowledge on Incident, Change, Request and Release Management
  • Good understanding of Vulnerability management
  • Good Understanding of Asset, license and Capacity Management
  • Good Understanding of Resiliency, DR Process and BCP
  • Good Knowledge in managing projects, reporting, timelines, and publishing dashboards
  • Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per recommendations
  • Participation is must support application when there applicative DRs
  • Flexible to handle weekend activities as per requirements
