Logistics Integration Specialist

Transport Management Software integration is critical to connect systems and ensure data flows reliably. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Integration Specialist to lead this effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- API Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between the TMS and other platforms, such as ERP/OMS/WMS, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Carrier Configuration: Configure carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to optimize rates, labels, and shipments.
- Warehouse & Locations: Set up warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
- Shipping Policies: Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
- Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or an equivalent).
- Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
- Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
- Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
