Senior Logistics Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Logistics Manager to lead our SAP logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), WM, EWM, TM, and a comprehensive understanding of integration across all SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end logistics processes within SAP, covering SD, MM, WM, EWM, and their integration with other SAP modules.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand logistics needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  3. Provide strategic insights and direction on SAP logistics configurations, processes, and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Logistics modules, including SD and MM.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP logistics systems in complex environments.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture within SAP, including designing and implementing complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, WM, PP) and external systems, including both data and process integration.
  • Experience in managing full-life cycle SAP implementation projects, from discovery to go-live, as well as supporting post-implementation activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and related business processes across industries.
  • Proven track record in supporting SAP systems post-implementation, providing troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in SD/MM or related logistics areas.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its logistics capabilities.
  • Experience in working in an SAP Activate or Agile environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Work Environment:

5 Days a week, Work Location: Hyderabad.
