Job Title: Regional Head of South Asia Business Development

As a key team member, you will drive business growth in South Asia by leveraging opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation in the biofuel ethanol sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on regional market opportunities to enhance our presence in South Asia.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy with actionable plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers across the region, fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields, with at least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
