Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Learning Specialist to join our Business Process Management team. As a Technical Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the development of internal operations employees.

Your primary goal will be to develop and execute internal learning programs that align with the business strategy and objectives of the organization. You will work closely with management, product managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop curricula that meet those needs.

In this role, you will use your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training experiences. You will also be responsible for facilitating training sessions, providing coaching and mentoring to employees, and assessing program effectiveness using relevant metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants in web-based or in-person environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with training delivery methods such as webinars, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning
