Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Jaipur, Bengaluru, and Kolkata regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales and market share goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and commercial, to drive business growth and improve market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics, including knowledge of competitors, customers, and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, using data-driven insights and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
