Technical Trainer Position Overview

This is a pivotal role that demands expertise in delivering high-quality training to Dealership Staff across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing content, deploying training modules, and evaluating their effectiveness.

  1. Job Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to provide pan-India technical trainings to dealership staff. This involves gathering training requirements, creating content, deploying training modules, and monitoring their impact.

  1. Interaction with Stakeholders

Internal: Directly interacts with various internal teams.

External: Engages with external stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors.

Urbanite & Service, Operations & Manufacturing, EV

Dealership: Interacts directly with dealerships.

Indirect: Collaborates with other departments to achieve common goals.

  1. Key Responsibilities

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to dealership staff.
  • Creating SOPs and training materials based on product changes.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.
  1. Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Essential: Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
    • Preferred Institution: NIT or equivalent.

    • Min: 3 years
    • Max: 6 years
