Training Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that meet the needs of our agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions that engage and motivate agents to achieve their best performance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transitions of agents from training to production.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through client meetings and observations.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and clients to ensure smooth interaction.
  • Support the Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend modifications based on feedback and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field such as BPharma, MPharma, or BDS.
  • Two to four years of experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
