Project Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management support across multiple projects at a time.

The role involves supporting colleagues across departments with scoping and understanding requirements, designing elements of project management, and providing support to clients and colleagues through the implementation of a project.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can develop a working knowledge of our solutions and platforms, work with clients and colleagues to develop project scope of work plans, and lead and/or facilitate planning sessions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a project management environment, proficiency in using web-based project management software, and strong IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining detailed records of project progress and performance metrics
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project management environment
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrable evidence of being able to multitask and prioritize workloads
