**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the stability and scalability of our software applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in software applications.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of performance testing efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Three (3) years working as a Performance Engineer or related experience with high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems, client-server architectures.
  • One (1) year of experience in software application development or test automation.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Exposure to application architecture, design, capacity planning, and application performance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL), C, C++, C# or Java programming, and automated testing methodologies.
