Performance Marketing Lead

This is a key role that will own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms. The individual will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Run rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.
  • Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
