Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving return on ad spend (ROAS) and scaling campaigns profitably.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and Snapchat.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance to ensure their campaigns meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to align campaigns with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, such as ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, applying this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in running paid campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads, and build long-term relationships.
