This role is responsible for developing and implementing high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns across multiple industries. Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.

  • Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and recommend next steps.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Ai-driven mindset with comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance with ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly.

Preferred qualifications include skills conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, WordPress website development and optimization, technical knowledge of landing pages, pixels, and tracking integrations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to drive measurable business growth.
