System Administrator Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Active Directory, networking, firewall management, virtualization, and end-user support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments. This includes administering Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS, as well as managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

In addition, the System Administrator will administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security, as well as manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management. The role also involves implementing and monitoring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Cloud & Identity Management: Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security.
  • Networking & Security: Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
  • Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide L2/L3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems.
