Job Description:

As a Network Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive network designs that balance availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network systems to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and tuning of network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to anticipate future network needs.
  • Security: Implement and enforce security protocols as necessary to protect network assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other infrastructure teams and application developers to ensure a cohesive approach to network management.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience designing and implementing Cisco SDA, Cisco DNAC, and micro-segmentation solutions, a strong understanding of network protocols and architecture, and relevant skills in network security and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in network design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and architecture
  • Experience with Cisco SDA, Cisco DNAC, and micro-segmentation
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
