- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest areas for improvement
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in customer support or client service
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Customer-focused approach and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
