Job Overview:

As a Collections Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate payment schedules with customers to suit their current financial situations.
  • Monitor and control delinquency in assigned areas, focusing on non-starters and DPD-wise reporting.
  • Provide efficient customer service for collection issues, process refunds, account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate customer account details, record interactions, and update files as necessary.
  • Collaborate with tracing teams to identify defaulters, suggest remedial actions, and accelerate the recovery process when needed.
