Modeling and valuation of potential investment opportunities - Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses used to support the underwriting of potential investments ideas and theses - Supporting the transaction due diligence and closing processes - Preparing detailed investment committee memoranda - Managing existing investments - Assisting in structuring transactions - Understanding key credit documentation and deal terms What ideal qualifications skills experience would help someone to be successful The successful candidate will ideally possess -
