We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the retention, renewals, and referrals of students. They will engage and preserve existing customers and cultivate profitable relationships through interactions via calls and messages.

  • Maintain customer feedback and ensure timely action is taken

This role requires exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver a sales pitch and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  1. Proficiency in English communication and written skills
  2. A computer science or technical background (preferred but not mandatory)
  3. Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales (min 6 months)
  4. Result-driven with experience in target-centric roles
  5. Self-learner with high grasping ability

Bachelor's degree in an IT field (preferred but not mandatory).
