Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Development Specialist to design, develop and implement Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems for various products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, test integration methodologies, and industrial safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ATE systems using VC++ and LabVIEW platforms.
  • Interface with test measurement instruments using GPIB, USB, and Ethernet communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing parameters and ensure compliance with product requirements.
  • Analyze test data to identify lags/delays, speed up and optimize processes, and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
  • 10-12 years of experience in developing and maintaining Automated Test Equipment (ATE) & Process control Instruments.

Skills

  • Expertise in VC++ and LabVIEW with significant hands-on source code development and debugging experience for product testing.
  • Proficiency in interfacing and working with test measurement instruments using GPIB, USB, and Ethernet protocols.
  • Solid understanding of hardware systems and test integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and system-level testing protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
