AI Test Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Test Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI/ML models.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and execute test cases for AI/ML models to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct thorough performance, stress, and regression testing for models to identify areas of improvement.
  • Evaluate data quality and validation for training and testing datasets to guarantee accurate model outcomes.
  • Test model robustness to ensure it can handle various edge cases effectively.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to ensure the quality of model outputs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks specific to AI/ML applications to streamline the testing process.
  • Continuously monitor and report on model performance post-deployment to identify areas of improvement.
  • Validate the fairness and compliance of models with ethical and regulatory standards to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 1-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, etc.
  • Understanding of model overfitting and underfitting, and ability to test for and mitigate these issues.
  • Knowledge of feature engineering and ability to create meaningful features for ML models.
  • Strong testing skills, including proficiency in creating test scripts for AI/ML models to validate functionality, performance, and accuracy.
  • Ability to write unit tests for machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
  • Experience with integration testing to ensure the seamless integration of different components.
  • Skills in regression testing to ensure new code does not break existing functionality.
  • Performance testing expertise to validate the efficiency of models and ensure they perform well in real-world environments.
