Job Title: Test Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Test Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in test management, stakeholder communication, and project coordination to drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of release testing lifecycles, test case creation, and execution strategies. Additionally, they will possess technical proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, Power BI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Signavio Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute testing activities according to release calendars and stage gate checks.
  • Manage and coordinate FT and UAT for CD with stakeholders at different testing phases.
  • Ensure readiness of test cases and enablement for FT, UAT, and REG.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and release teams.
  • Prepare and provide regular updates on test progress and status into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and make informed decisions independently.
  • Present and provide enablement and training to different stakeholders.
  • Analyze defects and collaborate with DevOps throughout the release cycle.
  • Identify potential blockers and plan contingency together with stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in test management, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.
  • Deep understanding of release testing lifecycles, test case creation, and execution strategies.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, Power BI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Signavio Integration.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
