Operations Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing operations, with a focus on ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain standardized formats according to government or customer requirements.
  • Document collections and verification as per commitments given to clients.
  • Proactively follow up with key stakeholders associated with our organization.
  • Possess a keen eye for details, especially in terms of compliance-related documentation.
  • Handle multiple teams on-field and off-field.
  • Increase team efficiency by building optimized processes of completion.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within defined parameters.
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes.
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in handling operations.
  • Past experience in the waste management field is highly desirable.
  • Able to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
