Job Overview

The role of a Center Manager is pivotal in driving operational and financial excellence across IVF centers. A strong leader is required to oversee the strategic direction, budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To prepare annual operating plans and performance targets aligned with corporate strategy
  • Ensure the achievement of financial and operational objectives
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets
  • Coordinate monthly financial reports with the corporate Management Information System (MIS) team
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics
