Operations Team Manager

The Team Lead Operations will oversee a team to achieve desired results and optimal resource utilization. Key responsibilities include ensuring productivity, work accuracy, and effectiveness of the team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily workflow management for maximum project capacity
- Schedule adherence for self and team
- Effective operations management through timely interventions on absenteeism, workflow issues, ad-hoc requests, etc.
- Regular communication with teams in other locations through calls and emails
- Preparation and submission of accurate reports to designated recipients
- Random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
- Conducting daily meetings with the team and providing timely process updates
- Anticipating client needs and preparing relevant reports
- Reviewing QC feedback and devising methods to improve team quality
- Maintaining quality standards through regular spot checks
- Understanding and adhering to all company policies regarding security, confidentiality, and trade secrets
