We are seeking a skilled Virtual Community Growth Specialist to join our team at Dreamtime Learning. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement and growth within our online community.

Responsibilities include creating and managing content for social media, forums, and other community channels, coordinating with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals, planning and conducting webinars and community programs, monitoring and tracking key metrics, and responding to community inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in online community management, with a strong understanding of community management tools and technologies. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a critical role that will support the CEO & Founder at Dreamtime Learning to make them more effective and efficient in their job. The primary objective of this role will be to manage their time and communications with external stakeholders as well as the internal team.

About the Role

This role offers an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for online community building, we encourage you to apply.
