Key Role: Workday Senior ConsultantAs a seasoned Workday professional, you will oversee multiple responsibilities within our organization, including Functional Consultant, Functional Architect, Project Manager, Data Conversion Consultant, and Integrations Consultant. Your expertise will be pivotal in the success of these roles.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Functional Consultant: Implement and configure Workday HCM modules for clients to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Functional Architect: Design and implement Workday HCM solutions that meet client needs, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Project Manager: Lead Workday projects from inception to delivery, guaranteeing timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Data Conversion Consultant: Convert client data into Workday format with precision and accuracy, minimizing disruptions.
  • Integrations Consultant: Seamlessly integrate Workday with other systems, fostering collaboration and enhancing overall system efficacy.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of Workday experience in relevant areas, showcasing your mastery of the platform.
  • Workday certifications are preferred but not mandatory, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with consulting experience, enable you to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Your ability to work directly with client contacts and manage tasks efficiently is crucial in this role.
  • Strong critical thinking skills allow you to analyze complex technical issues and support informed decision-making processes.
