We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to join our team in a senior consultant or integration lead role. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional skills across various areas, with thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration build and migration concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan and prioritize work, assist lead by providing inputs on delivery lifecycle phases, and collate status/impediments with the project team.">
  • Lead small implementation projects, manage workload for the team, and assist in delivery lifecycle phases.">
  • Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.">
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.">
  • Engage in data conversion activities related to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.">
  • Coordinate with leads for project delivery.">
  • Communicate effectively with mid and senior level management, including stakeholders and clients.">
  • Drive Ops excellence culture and lead transformational projects.">
  • Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely results and high-quality deliverables.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.">
  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc degree.">
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across various areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.">
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration build and migration concepts.">
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.">
