Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

About the Role

This position is responsible for translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.

  • As a trusted advisor for clients, you will understand their business goals and align deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • You will manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Additionally, they will manage team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.

  • They will ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Contribution to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators is also expected.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 to 10 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Skills in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning are essential.
  • A proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments is required.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred)
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred)
