Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a high-impact role suited for senior professionals who excel in dynamic, high-growth environments.

As the Head of FP&A, you will partner with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will lead development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. You will provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Evaluate the impact of various factors on business decisions and communicate recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.

A Typical Day:
You begin by reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas. You lead team meetings to set daily objectives, collaborate with department heads to guide strategic initiatives, and present insights to the executive team. You mentor your FP&A team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
