Seeking a skilled specialist to oversee Alteryx workflows and server environments under a managed services framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end operational excellence for Alteryx Designer and Server environments.
  • Troubleshoot incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks in Alteryx Server on Windows.
  • Administer user access, scheduling, deployment, and logging for Alteryx Server on Windows.
  • Resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
  • Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
  • Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.
