Performance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Tester with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation.

About the Role

This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing and proficient scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or Shell for test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance test strategies to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters and execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or Shell for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
