About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Healthcare Advisory team. In this role, you will oversee projects and provide strategic guidance to clients on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As an operations consulting specialist, you will possess a deep understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and offer recommendations that align with specific business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience working on strategy and operations consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams over short-duration and medium-duration projects
  • Execute projects under the guidance of senior leadership
  • Guide project teams to deliver high-quality output as per agreed timelines and engage client teams effectively to manage expectations and drive positive impact
  • Identify opportunities in the market and work with the leadership team to build practice capabilities
  • Develop and continuously update domain knowledge on healthcare
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience working on strategy and operations consulting projects
  • Prior experience in management consulting or an MBA from a reputable institution
