**Role Overview**

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives, guiding counselling teams, and driving growth projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of regional P&L account for a team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of 80-100 counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building high-performing teams, driving key process metrics, creating an exceptional work culture, bringing strong customer focus, and leading the organization to exponential growth.
  • Collaborating with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing, and implementing all operations initiatives for the organization while efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging a high degree of independence and decision-making autonomy to drive team growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

**Ideal Candidate Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing P&L with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes, and metrics.
  • Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Building a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
