Corporate Attorney

Our team is seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney with expertise in IT services and consulting to provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters ensuring compliance and supporting business operations with risk-mitigated solutions.

  • Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts MSAs SOWs NDAs and vendor agreements
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance compliance employment and regulatory matters
  • Support business teams in client negotiations and enable seamless deal closures
  • Ensure compliance with data protection IT laws and international regulations GDPR HIPAA etc.
  • Manage legal risks and proactively offer strategic advice to leadership
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation arbitration and dispute resolution
  • Support in drafting policies processes and compliance frameworks for global operations
  • Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on compliance and legal best practices

Requirements

  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law preferably in IT services or consulting organizations
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients
  • Familiarity with data privacy intellectual property labor and employment laws
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a mid-to-large IT services/consulting company
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional contracts and cross-border legal issues
  • Membership in a Bar Council / Corporate Legal Association is a plus
