As a seasoned Business Transformation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading digital-led initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with operational teams to identify process enhancement opportunities and streamline processes end-to-end by applying a structured methodology.
- Create and implement a continuous improvement framework focused on performance by analyzing data and mapping customer journeys and business processes.
- Deliver front-line business consulting, presales support, and solutions crafting to service provider organizations.
- Advocate for innovation and process improvements to close gaps, reduce manual efforts, and enhance the customer experience.
- 7-10 years of experience with a major consulting firm or 7 years of experience in a corporate role delivering strategy and operations projects for clients with an emphasis in business transformation at the intersection of new operating models and digital technologies.
- Expertise in Lean/Sigma, Process Reengineering, and Customer Journey Mapping.
- Proficient in MS-Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA
