Manager - Digital Business

About the Role:
The role will primarily focus on driving sales through central leads generated via partnerships/Channels/Cross Sell and managing a dedicated sales team across locations with 4 dedicated Sales Managers (with their mapped RMs).
The key responsibility will be to ensure that all leads shared by our digital partners are seamlessly processed in the system and effectively converted into business. This involves close collaboration with the Call center, Digital partnerships team, and sales managers to monitor lead flow, drive conversions, and achieve business targets.
Key Deliverables:
- Drive sales performance from digital partnership leads
- Manage complete lead funnel from the Partnerships to LSQ and drive the lead qualification process through the Call Center
- Manage and mentor the on-ground sales team (RMs & SMs) across 4 locations.
- Ensure leads received from digital partners are uploaded, tracked, and processed through the lead management system.
- Work closely with the call centre to drive response time, lead qualification, and conversions.
- Drive relationship with CSC, SpiceMoney and new partners, track meetings and generate leads for the partners
- Report on performance metrics and ensure achievement of disbursement targets
- Responsible to design, implement, measure Digital Journeys, campaigns and organic marketing activities to ensure Business outcomes
